Pyeongchang Foods to Learn About Trout Festival Last Year



It is famous for charcoal-grilled pork ribs.

Korean beef sirloin and galbi are delicious.

강원도는 저희 가족이 자주 찾는 여행지에요~

한번씩 평창에 들리곤 하는데

은근 먹거리도 많고 맛집도 많아서 좋아요:)

작년에 송어축제 갔다가 알게된 평창 맛집

숯불 돼지갈비가 유명한 고깃집인데요

한우등심도 맛있고 갈비도 무척이나 맛있답니다^^

작년 겨울에 처음 우연히 들렸는데

이번에 평창에 갔다가 돼지갈비가 먹고싶어서 또 들렸어요

여기서 먹었던 짬뽕생각도 나고~ㅎㅎ

겸사겸사 먹으러 다녀왔답니다!

그리고 뭐니뭐니해도 고기는 숯불이 짱짱짱ㅎㅎ

아무리 맛있는 갈비집에서 포장해도 집에서 구워먹으면

맛이 떨어지더라구요 ㅠ_ㅠ힝

여기 갈비 맛있어서 포장해오고 싶었는데

숯불에 구워먹을 수 없으니 포기~

담에 평창 놀러가면 또 들려야죠 뭐.

양념이 속까지 잘 베인 달콤 짭쪼롬한 돼지갈비~

고기 상태도 좋구 냄새도 전혀 안나구요

고기가 좋으니 육질도 야들야들하구,

무엇보다 너무 강하지도 싱겁지도 않은 적당한

양념이 입 맛 제대로 살려요^^
